Community health centers in South Africa face challenges in delivering consistent clinical outcomes. A longitudinal study design was employed, including pre-post intervention analysis with data collected from to. The difference-in-differences model (ΔΔ) was used to compare outcomes before and after the implementation of new health centre protocols. Significant improvement in patient recovery rates was observed post-intervention, with a mean increase of 15% in hospital discharge rates across all participating centers. The difference-in-differences model effectively highlighted changes in clinical outcomes attributable to the intervention. Further research should focus on replication and potential scalability of findings across different regions. Community Health Centers, Difference-in-Differences Model, Clinical Outcomes Measurement Treatment effect was estimated with logit (pᵢ) =₀+^ Xᵢ, and uncertainty reported using confidence-interval based inference.
