This theoretical paper unveils a geometric framework for virtual particles and vacuum dynamics in quantum systems.
This paper presents a major theoretical discovery in Quantum Chromodynamics (QCD) by providing a deterministic, geometric origin for Virtual Pair Production and Vacuum Polarization. Building upon the E₇ Eisenstein vacuum architecture (Part I), we introduce "Arithmetic Quantum Kinematics," demonstrating that macroscopic continuous motion is fundamentally an illusion. At the quantum level, particles transition via discrete topological hopping, governed by a "Fractional Action Barrier" that strictly penalizes non-integer spatial coordinates. Validated by a computational proof utilizing $5,000,000$ Euclidean Monte Carlo path integrals, we reveal the "Paradox of Distance": transitions to diametrically opposite color nodes are strictly more probable (Z ≈ 0.7706) than to adjacent, closer nodes (Z ≈ 0.7121). This computational evidence proves that the central colorless vacuum $(0,0)$ acts as a zero-penalty stepping stone, facilitating "Vacuum-Assisted Tunneling." Ultimately, this theoretical framework establishes the quantum vacuum not as an empty continuous void, but as an optimized arithmetic highway.
