In-depth interviews were conducted and transcripts were analyzed using systematic text condensation. Findings: The analysis identified a main theme, describing CWB as an existential window of joy and quality of life. Constructive aspects emerged through five interpretive themes: revitalizing the self with energy and vitality, sensing nature as poetic, balancing through a palette of emotions, socializing through pleasure and challenges, and recovering from depression within a medication-free frame. Conclusion: This study contributes to the development of innovative, nature-based, holistic approaches in mental health care for patients with depression.
