This document introduces the 6696 structural framework, defined by the sequence 6-6-9-6 and interpreted as a pattern of repetition–repetition–nonrepetition–repetition (r-r-n-r). This framework is part of the broader 19-9 System research series, which investigates numerical patterns in linear combinations of 19 and 9. The repetition of "6" establishes a stable boundary condition, while the insertion of "9" functions as a structural deviation or transformation point. This encoding establishes a minimal structural cycle in which deviation is embedded within repetition, enabling classification of numerical behavior as either stable or transformative. The framework is explicitly exploratory. It aims to provide a structural descriptor rather than a closed theorem, enable pattern recognition across constructed integers, and serve as a basis for further formalization or mathematical validation.
