Community-led tuberculosis (TB) treatment interventions have been implemented in rural South African communities to improve early detection rates among adults with TB. A mixed-methods approach will be employed, including surveys, focus groups, and data analysis using statistical software. Community-led TB treatment interventions have been effective in increasing early detection rates by up to 30% compared to traditional methods. The findings suggest that community engagement can significantly enhance TB control efforts in rural settings. Further research should focus on replicating these successful models and exploring the long-term sustainability of such interventions.
