Post-conflict environments often present unique challenges for psychological services in Africa, including Zimbabwe. A mixed-methods survey approach was employed, involving online questionnaires and focus group discussions with psychologists, mental health workers, and community members. Findings indicated that a significant proportion (65%) of respondents experienced challenges related to funding and resource allocation, while over half (52%) reported difficulties in engaging the local community effectively. The survey highlights critical areas for improvement in psychological services within Zimbabwe's post-conflict setting. Recommendations include enhanced financial support, improved communication strategies with communities, and professional development programmes for psychologists.
