This article embeds the Standard Model in a discrete shell–filament network with local U (1) Y×SU (2) L×SU (3) CU (1) Y SU (2) L SU (3) CU (1) Y×SU (2) L×SU (3) C bundles, a discrete Dirac/Yang–Mills structure, a Higgs sector with SSB, and Yukawa couplings. We emphasize Ginsparg–Wilson/overlap chirality, the faithful discrete realization and cancellation of gauge anomalies, the topological QCD θθ-sector, and gauge-covariant GKSL open-system dynamics. Continuum consistency is addressed via ΓΓ-convergence and a discrete block RG; primary observables come with confidence-interval (CI) protocols. Conventions align with COS-S/QF/QSF/QD. Appendices cover group theory, discrete Dirac/overlap, Higgs–Yukawa formulas, glossary, and the FMS interpretation; minimal reproducibility guidance (RNG seeding, tolerances, data schema) is included.
