We present synchronized motion capture, force plate, and processed 24 GHz Frequency-Modulated Continuous Wave (FMCW) radar recordings from 32 healthy participants (15 “young” ≤32y, 17 “old” ≥64y), performing the One-Legged Stand Test (OLST), a clinically validated fall-risk assessment. Each trial includes labeled events marking foot-lift, start-of-stability, end-of-stability, and foot-touchdown, derived from motion capture and dual ground reaction force plate recordings. The dataset supports research in biomechanics, digital biomarker development, radar signal processing, and fall risk characterization. Basic Python utilities are provided for data loading, visualization, and event alignment.
