This work provides a formal mathematical framing of Participatory Cosmology, translating the ontological framework into dynamical and information-theoretic structures. The goal is to render the cosmology falsifiable and legible to researchers in complexity science, dynamical systems, and machine learning. The framework models recursive coherence as attractor dynamics within high-dimensional representational spaces. Ethical stability is interpreted as a low-entropy equilibrium emerging from structural constraints rather than external enforcement. This formalisation provides the foundation for subsequent experimental and computational work in symbolic alignment, interpretability, and semantic compression.
