Abstract

Ti 3+ recombination defects in LaTiO 2 N can be suppressed with aliovalent gallium (Ga 3+ ) dopants, as confirmed with electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR), X-ray photoelectron, optical absorption and surface photovoltage spectroscopy.
