The glass formation region of the novel glass-forming system TeO–WO–NaPO has been determined. The nature of crystalline phases was established by X-ray phase analysis. The thermal behavior of TeO–WO–NaPO glass samples in the temperature range of 25–400°C was studied by differential scanning calorimetry, and devitrification characteristics were determined. Optical properties of the glasses in the UV, visible, and IR spectral regions were investigated. A comparative analysis was conducted of the properties of glasses in the ternary TeO–WO–NaPO system with those of glasses in the binary TeO–WO system.
