Community health centers in Ghana play a crucial role in healthcare delivery, particularly for underserved populations. A systematic literature review was conducted using panel data analysis to measure clinical outcomes. Studies were selected based on their use of robust statistical methods and adherence to ethical guidelines. Panel-data models indicated significant improvements in patient recovery rates, with an average increase of 15% over the five-year period. The reviewed studies demonstrated varying levels of effectiveness in measuring clinical outcomes, highlighting the need for standardised methodologies. Standardised protocols should be developed and implemented to ensure consistent measurement of clinical outcomes across Ghanaian community health centers. Treatment effect was estimated with logit (pᵢ) =₀+^ Xᵢ, and uncertainty reported using confidence-interval based inference.
