Each boundary cell encodes exactly 4 bits in register partition (1,1,2): Chirality, Isospin, Color — yielding 2⁴ = 16 Weyl fermion states per generation and uniquely selecting the Standard Model gauge group SU(3)×SU(2)×U(1).
