A rare case of amniotic fluid embolism (AFE) resulted in maternal and neonatal survival due to early identification and prompt intervention. This case highlights the importance of recognizing the signs and symptoms of AFE, a life-threatening obstetric emergency, and mobilizing resources for immediate resuscitation and supportive care. Early intervention, including advanced cardiovascular life support, may improve outcomes for both mother and baby. By implementing a proactive approach to diagnosis and management, healthcare providers can maximize the chances of a positive outcome for both mother and baby.
