This article continues my research presented in previous publications. It examines the nature of living matter at a fundamental level—the level of elementary particles, energy, and information. The discussion extends beyond biological life to encompass universal manifestations of intelligence and consciousness. It is demonstrated that random abiogenesis is impossible due to overwhelming combinatorial complexity, the necessity of an embedded information–energy programme, and goal-directed control over particles. The article introduces the concept of a universal information–energy matrix that accounts for self-preservation, adaptation, diversity of forms, and varying levels of intelligence. A philosophical conclusion is drawn: life is not a random occurrence but a manifestation of the deep organisational structure of the Universe.
