Analysis reveals prognostic differences in HER2-low versus HER2-negative groups, suggesting chemotherapy de-escalation.
Our results demonstrated that HER2-zero group have a higher recurrence risk and poor prognosis than HER2-low group. HER2-low HR⁺ RecurIndex-DR low risk patients may not benefit from adjuvant chemotherapy. RecurIndex may help explore prognostic stratification and may guide potential chemotherapy de-escalation in HER2-low early BC, laying groundwork for future ADC use.
