This deliverable presents the foundational outcomes of Task 1.1 within the MultiX project, which aims to revolutionize future 6G Radio Access Networks (RAN) through the MultiX Fusion Perceptive 6G-RAN System (MP6R). The document defines six representative use cases that demonstrate the integration of sensing and communication capabilities in diverse environments, including industrial robotics, smart homes, healthcare, UAV management, gesture recognition, and retail analytics. Each use case is analysed in terms of reference scenarios, service flows, functional and performance requirements, and regulatory considerations. The document also introduces expected Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Key Values (KVs) and Key Value Indicators (KVIs) to evaluate both technical efficiency and societal impact. These insights will guide the technical development in subsequent work packages and contribute to the standardization of Integrated Sensing and Communication (ISAC) technologies in 6G networks.
