Current medicine is based on the bias of a pretended equality between men and women. Since 1990, sex and gender differences in medicine have been widespread. More than 30 years later, the analysis of the evidence shows the persistence of these biases. We will analyze the differences in clinical and treatment and how the lack of gender vision implies inequalities in the care, quality of life and mortality of half of the population.
