Abstract

新质生产力是区域经济发展的重要引擎，京津冀新能源和智能网联汽车产业近年来发展迅速，已形成 “整车 零部件”协同格局，成为区域“首位产业”，跻身国家先进制造业集群。产业创新升级离不开职业教育赋能 推动，以新能源汽车技术专业群赋能京津冀新能源和智能网联汽车产业为例，探究专业群赋能产业的内涵、关键要 素，针对产业急需解决的问题，提出从政策、教育、产业三端协同发力的路径，助力产业巩固地位、提升竞争力，为 职业教育赋能区域新质生产力提供可操作的“天津方案”。
