Magnetic foreign body ingestion is an increasingly recognized hazard in young children and poses a significant risk for severe gastrointestinal injury, particularly when multiple magnets are swallowed. Such cases can result in pressure necrosis, perforation, fistula formation, and bowel obstruction. We report the case of a 2-year-old girl who presented with a 3-4-day history of abdominal pain and vomiting. Imaging studies demonstrated multiple foreign bodies within the ileum, and the child was initially managed conservatively. Due to persistent symptoms and imaging findings, surgical exploration was undertaken. Intraoperatively, several magnets were found adherent across bowel loops, causing a jejunal perforation. Resection of the affected segment with primary anastomosis was performed, and the patient recovered without complications.
