Autologous second-generation CD7-directed CAR T-cells, expressing an anti-CD7 protein expression blocker to prevent self-killing fratricide, were infused in three pediatric/young adult patients with relapsed/refractory CD7+ acute myeloid leukemia resulting in measurable residual disease negativity.
