Uganda faces challenges in healthcare delivery, particularly in district hospitals where resource allocation and service adoption rates vary significantly. A meta-analysis approach was employed using longitudinal data from multiple districts. Panel-data techniques were applied to account for both time-invariant and time-varying factors influencing service utilization. The analysis revealed a positive correlation between district-level funding and adoption rates of preventive healthcare services, with an estimated coefficient of 0. 85 (95% CI: 0. 72, 0. 98). Panel-data methods provided robust insights into the dynamics of service adoption in Ugandan district hospitals, highlighting the importance of consistent resource allocation.
