Formal grievance redressal mechanisms aredesigned to promote fairness and employee well-being inorganizations. However, many employees hesitate to use thesesystems due to psychological barriers. This study examinesfactors such as fear of retaliation, lack of trust inconfidentiality, emotional stress, low self-confidence, culturalinfluences, and negative perceptions about grievanceoutcomes. Using a descriptive research design and surveymethod, primary data was collected through a structuredquestionnaire, supported by secondary sources.
