The underreporting of the disease is due to the diagnostic dilemma and the lack of a single guideline on which there is consensus The complexity of hypereosinophilic syndrome arises from its diverse clinical presentation and the need for a thorough evaluation to establish a diagnosis. Given the complexities involved, heightened awareness of hypereosinophilic syndrome among healthcare providers is essential for timely diagnosis and treatment.
