Youth entrepreneurship in Dakar's tech hub faces challenges related to vocational training inadequately aligned with industry needs. Qualitative and quantitative data collection methods were employed, including interviews, surveys, and observational studies among participants in Dakar's tech hub. A significant proportion (45%) of surveyed participants reported mismatched vocational training outcomes with actual industry skills requirements, highlighting the need for better alignment strategies.
