New findings show atomicity and its link to falsifiability in decision systems, suggesting improved operational structures.
This paper introduces the Unit of Coherence (UoC), the minimal operational structure in which a declaration, an action, and a state transition are bound into a single evaluable unit. The central result is that systematic decomposition of this unit is a sufficient condition for PPP attractor convergence — the structurally dominant mechanism through which falsifiability collapses in institutions. Version 2.0 corrects three formal weaknesses: the sufficiency claim is properly scoped; the exogenous shock correction factor is replaced by an Independent Shock Review protocol; and atomicity is proved as a lemma. An explicit ODE linkage connects UoC decomposition to PPP dynamics. Part of the Spektre corpus (github.com/spektre-labs/corpus).
