The study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of secondary schools systems in Nigeria by analysing clinical outcomes. A mixed-methods approach will be employed, integrating quantitative panel-data analysis with qualitative insights to provide a comprehensive understanding of the system's performance. The panel dataset revealed that implementing regular health check-ups for students improved agricultural output by 15% compared to schools without such measures. The study supports the hypothesis that investing in student health has significant positive effects on educational outcomes and subsequent agricultural productivity. Nigerian secondary schools should prioritise investment in health infrastructure and preventive healthcare for students to enhance their academic performance and agricultural contributions. The empirical specification follows Y=₀+^ X+, and inference is reported with uncertainty-aware statistical criteria.
