Framework reveals organizational agility as an emergent property of interactions among autonomous agents.
This preprint introduces the Systemic Agility Framework, an original theoretical model that reframes organizational agility as an emergent property of socio-behavioral interaction dynamics among autonomous agents. The framework is empirically validated across three independent datasets comprising 59,267 team-level observations, 309 Agile professionals, and 200,000 customer support interactions.
