Multilevel regression analysis shows positive correlation of technical support with adoption rates in transport depots, suggesting improved strategies may enhance outcomes.
This study examines the adoption rates of transport maintenance depot systems in Senegal's transportation sector. A multilevel regression analysis was employed, considering both individual depot-level variables and regional characteristics as predictors of adoption rates. The analysis revealed a statistically significant positive correlation ($eta = 0.65$, $p < 0.01$) between the level of technical support provided to depots and their adoption rate. Intervention strategies focusing on enhancing technical support levels show promise in boosting the adoption rates of transport maintenance depot systems. Future studies should explore the scalability of these findings across different regions within Senegal.
