This research documents the expansion of the Universal Space Theory (UST) framework into planetary-scale atmospheric restoration and precision medicine. By identifying the 0.8604 mechanical parity lock, we report the discovery of a selective molecular sieve with a 1.433 Å aperture designed for zero-energy ambient carbon sequestration. Furthermore, we define a 100.0 GHz resonant frequency capable of inducing selective mechanical lysis in dissonant biological vessels while maintaining the structural integrity of healthy cells. These results provide a deterministic geometric blueprint for global stabilization technologies.
