Education plays a crucial role in fostering entrepreneurship within Uganda's business ecosystem. A mixed-methods approach combining qualitative interviews with quantitative survey data will be employed to explore the relationship between educational programmes in business and entrepreneurial activity. Business graduates show a higher likelihood (60%) of starting their own ventures compared to non-graduates, indicating that education significantly influences entrepreneurial behaviour. This study provides insights into how educational interventions can be tailored to support the growth of Uganda's entrepreneurship sector. Government and educational institutions should prioritise developing comprehensive business curricula and mentorship programmes to enhance future entrepreneurs' capabilities.
