A case series demonstrates marked repigmentation in pediatric vitiligo, suggesting effective new treatment options.
Pediatric generalized vitiligo resistant to conventional therapy remains a major therapeutic challenge. We report four children treated with oral JAK inhibitors achieving marked repigmentation without significant adverse effects. Improvement often began within months, particularly when combined with phototherapy. These findings suggest systemic JAK inhibition as a promising option for refractory pediatric vitiligo.
