Digital health records (DHRs) are gaining traction in primary healthcare settings globally to improve patient care and data accuracy. A mixed-methods approach was employed including surveys and qualitative interviews. Data were analysed using descriptive statistics and thematic analysis. Among 100 participating clinics, 85% reported increased patient satisfaction post-adoption of DHRs, with a significant improvement in data accuracy (p < 0. 001). The findings suggest that the adoption of DHRs can lead to substantial improvements in both patient satisfaction and data quality. Primary healthcare centers should prioritise training for staff on DHR systems to maximise benefits.
