Multidimensional analysis framework evaluates strategic coherence and market opportunities through purpose-action divergence.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY (Abstract) The Spinula Methodis a multidimensional strategic analysis framework that evaluates entities —brands, companies, products, sectors, or individuals— across 17 dimensions derived from multiple scientific and humanistic disciplines. Using 100% publicly available data, the method generates four mathematical indices that measure strategic coherence, growth potential, and sustainability risk. The AntiSpinula, an organic extension of the method, quantifies the gap between an entity's declared purpose and its actual actions, transforming this divergence into a measurable Pain Index— which in turn reveals market opportunities. The method was conceived in March 2026 through the analysis of poems and formalized over two weeks of intensive development.
