Ablation at sites of late LA activation identified by high-density mapping successfully terminated AV nodal reentrant tachycardia in one patient.
High-density 3D mapping can identify multi-component far-field electrograms at sites of late LA activation, which may represent the left inferior extension of the AV node and serve as a target for successful ablation in AVNRT.

Using high-density 3D mapping in SR, multi-component far-field electrograms can be identified at sites of late LA activation. In one case of AVNRT requiring LA ablation, ablation at this site was successful. Further study may provide additional information regarding the relationship of these signals and the LIE of the AVN.
Pickett et al. (Mon,) reported a other. Ablation at sites of late LA activation identified by high-density mapping successfully terminated AV nodal reentrant tachycardia in one patient.
