Community health centres play a crucial role in providing healthcare services to underserved populations in Senegal. A randomized controlled trial design was employed, with data collected from 120 randomly selected communities over two years. Initial analysis indicated a significant improvement (p < 0. 05) in patient satisfaction scores compared to baseline levels. The study confirmed the effectiveness of community health centres in enhancing clinical outcomes and patient experiences, warranting further implementation and evaluation. Community health centre systems should be expanded and integrated into existing healthcare networks for broader impact. Treatment effect was estimated with logit (pᵢ) =₀+^ Xᵢ, and uncertainty reported using confidence-interval based inference.
