RM-02 establishes the condition under which difference becomes structurally meaningful within the Reality Mechanics framework. Following the Law of Existence (RM-01), which states that persistence requires potential operating under limitation, this document defines when differences between possible continuations become recognisable and therefore admissible as distinctions. Admissible distinction allows stable differentiation to appear, enabling the formation of relational structure. This condition provides the basis for the subsequent derivation of the Constraint Continuity Principle (RM-03). Version 1.1 aligns the formulation with the revised Reality Mechanics ordering and derives admissible distinction directly from RM-01.
