This research demonstrates a smart sensor system that improves collision prevention in cyclists and motorcyclists, suggesting a safer commuting experience.
Road safety is a major global issue, especially for motorcyclists and cyclists who have a much higher risk of accidents. This paper presents a new solution that uses smart sensors, sound alerts, and a mobile app to help drivers stay aware and avoid collisions. In this research, the proposed system works by collecting real-time data from sensors and uses speakers installed on vehicles, combined with an app that gives travel updates, accident warnings, and maps of dangerous areas. By using information shared by app users, the platform creates a live map showing biker routes and accident hotspots. The solution is designed for all drivers, with a special focus on motorcyclists, and cyclists who are statistically more likely to be involved in crashes. Scalable and community-driven, this approach aims to make roads safer worldwide by combining technology, user participation, and possible industry support.
