The contemporary global business environment is characterized by intensive processes of internationalization and an increasing cultural diversity of the workforce, which imposes new requirements in the field of human resource management. Under such conditions, culture emerges as a significant factor influencing leadership styles, motivation systems, communication patterns, and overall organizational effectiveness. The aim of this paper is to examine the impact of cultural factors on human resource management, with particular emphasis on employee motivation, communication quality, and the occurrence of conflicts in a multicultural business environment. The research was conducted using a combined methodological approach, which includes an analysis of relevant literature as well as an empirical study carried out through a structured questionnaire and interviews. The sample consisted of employees from several organizations, and the collected data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical methods. The results indicate a significant relationship between the consideration of cultural differences and the effectiveness of human resource management. It was found that a higher level of managers' cultural awareness contributes to increased employee motivation, improved communication, and a reduced frequency of conflicts. The findings confirm the relevance of Hofstede's cultural dimensions theory and highlight the need for the systematic integration of cultural factors into human resource management strategies.
