Multiaxis scoring system calculates phytochemical compatibility in populations, suggesting improved botanical prescriptions.
This paper proposes ICDT™ (Índice de Compatibilidade Dermoterápica / Index of Dermotherapeutic Compatibility), a multi-axis scoring system calculating phytochemical compatibility against an individual's systemic biocompatibility profile as characterized by IDIBS™. The ICDT™ integrates five weighted dimensions: cutaneous phenotype alignment (w₁=0.35), gut-skin axis status via SPOI™ (w₂=0.20), neuroendocrine-inflammatory load via JTDA™ (w₃=0.20), environmental exposome via ICE-7™ (w₄=0.15), and nutritional-gastrointestinal profile via CINC™ (w₅=0.10). Seven South American botanicals — Aristotelia chilensis, Berberis microphylla, Rosa eglanteria, Euterpe oleracea, Myrciaria dubia, Mauritia flexuosa, and Copaifera reticulata — are characterized across all five dimensions with evidence-graded profiles. ICDT™ represents the first formal operationalization of biocompatibility-based botanical prescription in Phytodermonutrition™ science.
