Challenges and Opportunities in Legal Frameworks Post-Conflict African States

Post-conflict African states face significant legal challenges in establishing stable and effective legal frameworks. This study employs an analytical approach to dissect existing legal frameworks and proposes recommendations based on literature review and expert insights. The theoretical framework underscores the critical role of international support and local participation in ensuring successful legal reforms following conflict. Policy-makers should prioritise inclusive stakeholder engagement and evidence-based decision-making to enhance the effectiveness of post-conflict legal frameworks.
