Methodological evaluation assesses community health centre adoption rates in Rwanda, indicating regional differences.
Community health centres (CHCs) play a crucial role in Rwanda's healthcare system, yet their adoption rates vary among different regions. A difference-in-differences (DiD) model was employed to estimate adoption rates in Rwanda's healthcare sector, considering regional variations and temporal trends. In Region X, we observed an increase of 15% in CHC adoption from baseline to the study period, with a robust standard error of ±2.0% The DiD model successfully captured changes in CHC adoption rates across Rwanda, revealing significant regional variations. Further research should focus on understanding factors influencing CHC adoption and exploring ways to enhance their effectiveness.
