Community health centres in Ghana face challenges in delivering consistent clinical outcomes. A DiD model was applied to assess changes in patient clinical outcomes before and after implementing new protocols at selected health centres. Data from pre- and post-intervention periods were analysed. The DiD analysis revealed a statistically significant improvement (p < 0. 05) in the proportion of patients achieving target clinical targets, suggesting enhanced effectiveness of community health centre interventions. The difference-in-differences model demonstrated potential for evaluating and improving health care delivery systems in Ghana's community health centres. Further studies should explore longer-term impacts and assess the cost-effectiveness of implemented protocols. Community Health Centres, DiD Model, Clinical Outcomes, Ghana Treatment effect was estimated with logit (pᵢ) =₀+^ Xᵢ, and uncertainty reported using confidence-interval based inference.
