This project demonstrates an automated system that enhances academic monitoring in students, suggesting a more efficient approach to data management.
In educational settings, a large amount of student academic data needs to be handled, such as grades, progress reports, and records of achievements. Usually, these records are manually entered into registers or spreadsheets, which can result in mistakes, delays, and challenges in keeping track of student progress effectively. With the shift towards modern education, there is a growing need for a centralized and automated system to manage this data efficiently. To address this need, a project called “Enhancing Academic Performance Monitoring through Real-Time Alerts” has been developed. This project aims to streamline and automate the management of student academic records by providing a digital platform for administrators and educators to input, update, and monitor student grades instantly. By storing academic data in a organized database, the system ensures secure storage, quick access, and effective management of academic records.A standout feature of this system is the incorporation of automated email alerts. As soon as grades are updated or important academic details are added, the system can automatically send notifications to the relevant students. This feature enables students to stay up-to-date with their academic progress promptly, fostering timely improvement in their academic performance. In addition, students stay more engaged with the automatic email notifications that give them instant updates whenever there are changes in their academic records. This helps them keep track of how they're doing academically and allows them to take action to do better. Overall, this system helps create a more tech-savvy and responsive academic setting.
