We present the third-generation formulation of Dynamic Threshold Entropy Gravity (DTEG), a candidate Theory of Everything in which the universe is a bipartite structure U= ( QIL, EGM ): a discrete Quantum Information Lattice and a continuous Emergent Gravitational Manifold communicating via an Entropic Bridge. Spacetime curvatureis redefined as the mechanical response to entropy overload of quantum nodes.
