Pre-registration of the Plant Architecture Inversion experiment. The geometric claim: the organism is the output of a genome operating within a coherence gradient field. Change the field before germination and the genome executes a different developmental program. A different architectural form emerges. Same genome. Different field. Different organism. Primary prediction (P-INVERSION-1): A radish seed (Raphanus sativus) placed in an inverted coherence gradient field — mineral water gradient above the seed, UV-A LED below, ambient light blocked above — will germinate with root growing upward and shoot growing downward. Architecture Inversion Score (AIS) = 2 confirmed at T=72h and maintained at T=168h. All predictions are pre-specified before any experimental data exists. Conditions are derived geometrically from the attractor framework before the experiment runs. This document locks the predictions, experimental design, success criteria, and falsification criteria at the timestamp of upload. Experiment cost: 25–60 USD. Timeline: primary result at T=72h (3 days after germination). No BSL rating. No specialist equipment. Reproducible at any community biology laboratory or home laboratory.
