This preregistration documents the theoretical framework and experimental protocol for Protocol 6 of the Quantum Inquiry / Delta-Variable Theory research program. The central question: when agents co-constitute the constraint landscape through their own signal production, does temporal coupling between field structure and behavioral outcomes produce alignment-relevant properties absent under externally imposed constraint architectures? The design is informed by Dictyostelium discoideum as a biological existence proof for emergent cooperative structure. A 60-run pilot parameter sweep was completed prior to this submission; pilot findings (behavioral homogenization as dominant attractor, confirmed mechanistic entropy-SSS correlation) are documented as Deviation 2. Confirmatory parameters: diffusioncoefficient=0. 1, decayᵣate=0. 05. Parent series: Protocols 3-5 (DOIs: 10. 5281/zenodo. 19096602, 10. 5281/zenodo. 19005417, 10. 5281/zenodo. 19038790).
