Analysis of informational exchanges and dynamics in networks, suggesting effective structural emergence.
ICMM-FW-08 extends the previous works of the ICMM-FW research program by analyzing the consequences of the emergence of a dynamic informational imbalance introduced in ICMM-FW-07.A formal framework is introduced to describe the structuring of informational exchanges between ICMM structures through locally oriented imbalance potentials and admissible exchange channels. The work defines a local informational tangent space associated with each structure, together with a transport–relaxation dynamics governing the redistribution of informational imbalance across the network of admissible transformations. This dynamics naturally leads to the emergence of informational geodesics, oriented propagation structures, and dynamic equilibrium regimes. Numerical experiments performed on synthetic network topologies illustrate the internal consistency of the proposed formal framework. These results represent an intermediate step in the ICMM-FW research program, bridging the abstract informational dynamics introduced in earlier studies with the later emergence of effective physical structures.
