But it can be prevented by practicing healthy lifestyle and inculcating good traits among ourselves. Here literature plays an important role. Because Literature is the mirror of human life, human feelings, emotions, thoughts, opinions and so on. Literature can be an effective tool for improving our mental health and well-being. Among the different forms of Bengali literature, short story is a popular form. Short stories are very close and popular to everyone. Rabindranath Tagore was a great philosopher as well as educationalist. Bengali short stories of Rabindranath Tagore help to keep emotional, psychological, and social well-being. These also play crucial role in individuals’ daily life in managing stress, engaging with others, and contributing to life overall.
