This paper presents a detailed study and implementation of a web-based adaptive mock testplatform designed for competitive examination preparation. Unlike conventional static mocktest systems, the proposed platform dynamically adjusts question difficulty based on userperformance and response time. The study investigates whether adaptive assessmentimproves engagement, learning efficiency, and personalized evaluation. Data were collectedthrough controlled user testing sessions and system performance monitoring. The findingsindicate that adaptive difficulty adjustment enhances learner motivation, optimizes timeutilization, and provides structured performance analytics. The paper concludes withrecommendations for integrating adaptive intelligence into competitive exam preparationsystems
